Lajomon Kazanzan-zosen Tokubetsu Junmai Sake
This is the second year of Kazanazumi.
Like last year, it is easy to drink and has a good acidity that goes well with any meal. It has a white wine-like fruitiness from the white malted rice and a banana-like flavor from the iso type yeast No. 6, making it extremely delicious.
I like this year's version better!
