When I asked for a sake to go with soba, the liquor store recommended it to me. As expected of a liquor store, the sake went very well with the soba. It did not disturb the soba and was very refreshing. Unfortunately, after the meal, when I served raisins and iri soybeans as a side dish, it became a little too sake-like and a little out of my taste. However, it was easy to drink and delicious!
