Individualistic. Very powerful. Made from "Enishinomai" sake rice produced in Shimane Prefecture. The flavor of rice. Mild flavor and sweetness from one summer of maturation. It is said to be named after the symbol of Tsuwano, the Taishogaya Inari Shrine. We are very impressed with the great "strength" of the original sake from this historic town.
