Just as the name suggests, the oriki (oriki) dances like snow in the bottle.
It was like a shower. I thought it would be sweet because of its cute design, but it was dry and refreshing without disturbing the meal.

Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku
Polishing ratio 50%.

Thanks to the "Association for making sake with rice from the headwaters", the Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, and the people of the Fukuoka area in Hoki-cho, Tottori Prefecture, we were able to create this "Snow Falling on the Sea at Kaike Onsen Hot Springs, Kaiyo-dai".
It has been many years since I have looked at the sea slowly.
Just like the color of the sea, which changes every day, people's feelings also change, but it is good to have things that do not change.
