First time to hear about this sake from Kinbundo Brewery.
Looks like it might be wrapped in onigiri🍙😅
Classic and a bit peculiar taste 🤔.
It's quite acidic, but I think it has a unique acidity.
The acidity is impressive at the beginning of the drink, but the second half is messy.
It's not bad as a cold sake, so if it's heated up, it's going to have a weirdness to it 😅.

We had Yamazaru and Iyamakawa.
I was on duty yesterday, so I met up with my Bibi-wife on the way home and we went to an izakaya (Japanese style pub) that I'm always grateful for. Both were sweet, and I could enjoy the flavor of the rice.
We had assorted tempura, deep-fried eggplant, firefly squid and horse sashimi.
