New Year's drinking at home After drinking Hanahayo, Otters, and Hana no Mai, the last one I opened was this, a long-aged Daiginjo. Sake Goddess It was a gift from a shareholder of Oenon. I kept it chilled in the refrigerator for a while. I drank it with Masu sake, so the aroma was that of a wooden barrel. The taste is quite sweet! Otter Festival and Hana no Mai are finished! I have about 2 gou left of Hanahayo. I think I can finish all of them during the winter vacation!
