けいけい
Daiginjo Bizen Omachi
The sweetness is quite strong, but the aftertaste is dry and crisp, and it is hard to get tired of drinking it. To be honest, I cannot tell how much of an omachi it is.
I was not bothered by the fresh old aroma, which is common in inexpensive sweet sake, and felt that the sake was carefully made or that the craftsmanship was very high. I drank it cold or at room temperature, but I have a feeling it will become old style when heated.
I think it is excellent for a sake in this price range.
