I'm drinking this sake for the first time, called Hime Ikkai.
I didn't know about it, but I was attracted by the label design and the name, so I bought it.
It is raw, but there is no fizzy feeling.
It has a deep umami, acidity, and sweetness, with just the right amount of bitterness chasing after it.
It has a heavy taste and is a classic good sake.
It is very good.
