I forgot to take a picture of the back label, but this sake is made by Bunmoto Sake Brewery in Shimanto Town, Kochi Prefecture.
It looks like they stopped making sake for a while during the Corona period.
The aroma is slightly sweet and delicious on the nose.
It has a rich, sweet-tasting mouthfeel, with a hint of sugar on the palate.
The alcohol content is 19.5 degrees, but (to me) it has a sweetness that you don't feel.
It was very drinkable and delicious 🍶😋.
