The aroma of rice is strong. It also has a woody aroma. Soft mouthfeel with a slightly sweet aftertaste. It is unexpectedly quite tasty.
One of the three most mysterious sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture (in my opinion).
In front of Ina Matsushima station. You can buy it from a vending machine in front of the store.
It is highly mysterious to me, but it is listed on the website of the Nagano Sake Brewers Association, so I may just not have done enough research on it. I will be diligent.
