タロー
A gift from a colleague who has a friend in Fukushima Prefecture.
It was the first time I had tasted this sake, so I looked it up and found that it was brewed by the Kinsho Sake Brewery using water from the Arakawa River in Fukushima Prefecture, which has been voted the best water quality in Japan for 13 consecutive years, for washing rice and brewing sake, and using "Fukunoka," the prefecture's original sake rice produced by the Arakawa Sakura Zukumi Sake Brewery Association.
The first time I drank it, it had a fruity aroma like white grapes and a sweet, full flavor, but it also had a sharp taste down the throat.
I drank it cold on the second and third days after opening the bottle, but the aroma and taste did not change much. It was quite enjoyable.
