My preference ★★★★☆
Raw material rice: Awa Yamadanishiki produced in Tokushima Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
Slightly cemedine with a sweet aroma. Very smooth mouthfeel.
It has a gorgeous, yet expansive rice flavor that increases as time goes by. There is also a pungent aftertaste that lingers nicely.
This is a different yeast from the sake I posted one post ago.
