Nori
This sake is only available at Houshi, a long-established inn in Awazu Onsen. It is made by Kano Shuzo which is known as Jokigen.
In the photo, the back is sweet sake. The color is quite yellow. It is transparent and beautiful. The smell is the same as Jokigen, sweet but with a bitter taste.
When you drink it, it is indeed sweet, but as expected of Jokigen, it can be cut well. The bitter taste is still characteristic. At the moment of drinking, there is a sweetness that lingers on the tongue a little like a sweet sake, but after that, the bitterness is strong enough to cut through. Nakanuka delicious.
However, it is expensive, so it is cheaper to buy and drink Jokigen normally. It was good to be able to drink it as a memorial because it is a Ryokan which is expensive and does not stay easily.
