It's been a while since I've had that one! When I went to Tsuchiura at the end of the year, I went to a liquor store that I thought sold it, but they were out of it😭.
I tried to contact an Ibaraki antenna store in Tokyo, but they too were out of stock 😭😭.
The lady at the liquor store in Tsuchiura said, "We might be able to get it in in January..." I remembered this last week and searched the net. I found it in the online store of Kasumigaura, where they planned the sake 👊😆🎵. I immediately place an order!

Opened the bottle today! It's still a sure thing!
Moist and sweet. Relatively strong koji taste.
There is a bitterness and a little sourness to catch it. The cleanliness is also good.
I confirmed that this is the origin of my liking for Dewa no Yuki, Ashikaga, and Onogawa.
I wish this sake was more readily available.
