ギョーザ
This sake is a Yamahai Junmai, but it has been aged for several years, I guess.
It has a strong acidity and umami, but there is no unpleasant taste. There is also the smell of dried shiitake mushroom juice, but it is not unpleasant at all.
This is a moderately delicious sake.
