This Junmai Tororo Nigori Sake is a seasonal, unpasteurized version.
The rice is 85% Yamadawara and 15% Gohyakumangoku.
In the mouth, a mildly sweet and sour taste, a refreshing feeling, and a gaseous sensation spread in the mouth, and after the aroma is felt, the wine quickly becomes smooth and crisp.
This is just my personal impression.
