This is a recommendation from my favorite liquor store.
When the lid was opened, there was a sizzling sound and a faint scent of ginjo, and when I took a sip out of curiosity and expectation, I found a fruity flavor with a solid junmai taste.
After passing down the throat, it leaves a lingering aftertaste, just like Junmai.
This sake can be enjoyed with a meal. It is a great all-rounder that can be enjoyed with a meal or as a stand-alone sake.
