Purchased on 5/26 at Seiryu Sake Brewery.
They also operate an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) in Tokyo!
It was a fairly large sake brewery!
The independent alcohol aroma and taste is a bit strong along with the ginjo aroma!
I can't describe it well, but it is delicious! I can't describe it well, but compared to the recent tasty sake, it seems to have a somewhat artificial flavor rather than a natural flavor.
This is just my impression.
I had it chilled.

I fried Costco mackerel filets with bread crumbs. The fries themselves were delicious, but I thought surely a more handsome sake pairing would be the unbreaded fried nanbanzuke. The rest of the meal was neighborly plenty of salad greens and beef salad🥗👍.
