Last week, we held a sake party.
We started with a spring sake, Yonemune Light Nigori.
It has a freshness and a slight bubbly taste that can only be achieved with nama sake. It is delicious, but the alcohol content is quite high at 20 degrees.
Served with an appetizer of assorted fresh fish.
