ラル大佐
I bought this sake for cooking sake, but since it's a local sake, I only tasted one glass.
The aroma is the same as the alcohol!
The mouthfeel is surprisingly fruity, and not as bad as I thought it would be. The aroma is also full of alcohol, but there is no sticky sweetness in the throat, and it is very refreshing. This is much better than a bad Honjozo!
It was 1,280 yen for a bottle, but I guess it used to be called second grade sake. Was this the kind of sake that the local uncles drank when I was a kid? Don't worry, it's still good to drink even now!
Thank you for the food!
