Continued at Fukunotori Kanda Store. This one was served cold. The manager said, "It was uncorked a few weeks ago, aged in ice temperature, and then brought out to room temperature yesterday. He is still doing it as usual.
It is really sweet and has a rich flavor. I've never tasted such a jun-dai before.
