The beginning of sake in 2024
I opened it with gold leaf to bring good luck to everyone.
I thought it would be crisp and dry because it is from Iwate, but it was not spicy, but rather easy to drink and refreshing.
I think it is the best sake for the first drink of the year.
I had this sake because I thought I would like it, but it was a good one.
This year, I will work harder than last year!
