There was a sake I didn't know about, so I asked for it.
It was a sake from the Sugiyuu brewery.
The rice used was Ginpu.
Fruity and gorgeously sweet.
Fresh, sweet and delicious 😋.
Sweeter and more modern sake than I had imagined.
It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and spiciness, and I really liked it. I wonder where I can buy this in Kansai 🤔.
