The aroma and taste in the mouth are soft and yogurt-like, but the aftertaste is so dry that it makes your tongue tingle. It was so delicious that I drank about 2 gou of it in no time at all when I paired it with cheap negitoro from the supermarket with plenty of soy sauce. It is the best sake for a mealtime drink.
