Masamune Exploration Journey 🍶 Yamanashi (extra)
This is Masamune purchased at the brewery.
As mentioned in Maecin's post, the sake is produced by Taikan and sold by Yokouchi Sake Brewery.
Now, open the bottle🍶.
I had it cold 🧊 and warmed 🔥 because it was a good opportunity 🤗.
Cold 🧊 sake
It has a clear sweetness and bitterness on both sides of the tongue. The sweetness and bitterness are both moderate and full of flavor. The taste is light and refreshing 😄.
🔥Hot sake
The ginjo aroma has started to spread.
The bitterness has disappeared and the sweetness has become vaguely gentle. The refreshing feeling remains unchanged 😄.
