Fourth of four bottles opened at our regular sake party 🏠.
Fukkai no Bangai 🌊 which I got from Fukuhara Sake Shop's hanpukai with Fukuda Sake Brewery being the most westerly brewery in Japan. I like that kind of thing 😎.
I've had Fukkai before from the hanpukai and thought it was delicious because it had a nice "sizzle" to it, but this one was a slightly different type without the sizzle, but it was delicious with just the right amount of umami and sharpness 🤤.
