I went to Wajima by chance. This is the second sake I drank there.
It was a somewhat light, refreshing, classic sake type. Even my colleagues, who do not usually drink sake, liked it.
It was not the type of sake I usually like, but as I drank more and more of it, it started to taste good in my throat, which was a somewhat strange experience.

It was still in business after the earthquake. They had a variety of Noto's local sake such as Takeba.
