I bought this Soga no Homare at a nearby liquor store when I visited the Matsuda-machi cherry blossom festival.
It has a peculiar aroma typical of sake. Like old-time sake...
It has a slightly viscous mouthfeel with a strong sweet taste, but it also has a strong astringent aftertaste that makes it very drinkable.
