In Bicchu, we tasted sake from Miyake Shuzo, which is located in Yamate, by the Kokubunji Temple's five-story pagoda.
We visited the brewery and bought some sake, but the smell of new sake was wafting through the eaves of the shop, and we felt the season of sake brewing. The president? It was a pleasant atmosphere.
The taste of the sake is sweet like Bicchu. There is sweetness and umami in the base, and the melody of the flavor flows over it. It is a delicious sake with a beautiful harmony of the mouth like a symphony of Mozart.
