We had #ShidaCidre Junmai Happoshu from #Shida Izumi Sake Brewery in Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It was like an adult apple calpis soda, and at 14% alcohol by volume, it was delicious and easy to drink.
It wasn't a violent drink, but it did take a while to vent 😆.
It's a good toast drink.
