The aroma is sweet with a hint of pineapple.
The nose is grape-like.
The mouthfeel is light, but the acidity remains.
I heard that they use a fantastic sake rice called "Kaihatanryu".
I don't know how different the taste is depending on the rice.
I still have a lot to learn 😁.
