It looked so delicious that I just had to jack it up.
When initially chilled and poured into a glass, the sake had a subtle ginjo aroma and was slightly amber in color.
It was a very tasty sake from Yamagata Prefecture, with a fruity flavor not unlike Junmai Ginjo, and a solid and powerful taste later on.
I would like to drink it again if I have the chance.
