Kumakichi
Opened the first bottle of "Kambashi" that I saw in my favorite Houou Mita.
It is a junmai ginjo made from Oyamanishiki sake rice carefully grown without pesticides, and I thought it would be expensive because it comes in a box, but I was surprised to find it for 2,200 yen!
I immediately opened the bottle and found it to be a very luxurious bottle!
It has a gorgeous aroma typical of Hououmida, and the rich sweet flavor is superb when you take a sip! This was a bottle that I could give as a gift with confidence!
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 17%.
