Tomita__Junko
Local sake in Nikko, I was alone, so I chose a small bottle of nama-shu (raw sake) and junmai. It went very well with the local yashio-masu (grilled trout) and sashimi! It's like a Yamahai, but with a soft barley smell. "It has the elegant taste, aroma, and flavor of rice, but with the clean, crisp taste of freshly stored sake. 😊. Umami, raw richness and aroma, yet refreshing, for sure! It can be enjoyed on its own and has a long aftertaste too 👍.
