This is probably my favorite bottle design since I started Sake-no-wa. The website says, "The finished bottle can be used as a jug for soothing water"...that might be a good idea.
Now, let's take a look at the flavor. It has a refreshingly spicy, moderately sour and bitter taste. And the crisp aftertaste is good for this season.
On the third day after opening the bottle, the acidity and bitterness became more pronounced.
We enjoyed it with fried corn with aroma, feeling summer on a hot night with the air conditioner turned off.
