We received it again this year. It is a sake made at the Food Industry Technology Center of Aichi Industrial Science and Technology Center. The alcohol content is 17%. It has a sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste that lingers in the nose. We enjoyed drinking it again this year.

Sake brewed annually on a trial basis by the Aichi Industrial Science and Technology Center in Aichi Prefecture. Sweet. Sugar sweetness with little acidity. Bitterness comes later. The ratio of bitterness was higher than last year, and it seemed to be more crisp and tight.
