The serenity of firefly watching Aroma is a mix of pear, herbaceousness. From the mellow attack, it is smooth with a sense of minerality, and the flavor gradually emerges. When swallowed, a hint of pear aroma is softly fragrant, and while the sharpness as a taste is clean with a sense of alcohol, the lingering aroma lingers. The aroma of damp grass before summer, though it cannot be said to be grassiness. Walking near a stream on a quiet night. Just as my eyes become accustomed to the darkness, I see a flash of light. Just when I think I'm imagining things, another yellowish-green light swoops in and dances around. It is a firefly. Following the afterimage of the light, other fireflies also swoop in. Before I knew it, there were so many fireflies flying around that it was like an art of light. This Hyakumoku Junmai Ginjo is as gorgeous as the fireflies' dance as it turns from smooth and quiet to gorgeously fragrant. I like this kind of flavor. It reminds me of Ichigorai by Kuroryu. It comes in quietly and blooms in the latter half of the bottle. It is perfect as a food wine. I paired it with steamed chicken breast in a sweet and salty soy sauce sauce sauce. The simple part of the breast meat and the sweet aroma of the sauce matched the sake. It also gives the impression of being a special edition of Kiku-Masamune's Ginkap.
