Posting No. 379.
This is the first sake shipped by Heiroku Brewery and is a crowdfunding return gift.
It seems to be classified as a liqueur, but when I drank it, it was much more sake than I imagined. It is not very sweet, but it has a beautiful sake quality, with a light and elegant taste to the touch. It reminded me of Kiku no Tsukasa's sake from the past.
Kiku no Tsukasa is now owned by someone else, but I would like to continue to support Heiroku Brewery.
