I'm not sure of its characteristics.
The aroma is subdued and has a slight blue melon type feel to it ❗️
Is it a characteristic of Nagasaki sake?
It has a strong mineral taste 😊.
Low sweetness and petitiveness.
Fresh gasiness.
There is a strong umami as well ‼️
It doesn't feel like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast
It's very easy to drink with low alcohol content 👍
I would like to try many more brands in the future 😄

They all taste good and to my liking😍
Another brand from the same Hirado area is also good.
I like this one just as much👍.
