This is a challenge tank made by young brewers at Tenzan Shuzo. The endorsement reads "season 4". The rice used is Jinriki rice. Polishing ratio 90% & "Soyashi mizumoto" (= Bodhi yeast) It is unexpectedly fruity and mild, and is not bad as a mid-meal drink. The impression seems to change depending on the temperature range. It looks like it would be good warmed up, but it is also good chilled. Iimasu: ‼️
