When I drank the same label of nama-shu in March
I enjoyed the aroma, taste, and thickness of the sake...?
The aroma was subdued and the taste was thin in the mouth.
I didn't feel much umami either.
Nakayu Sake Brewery (the brewer) does not sell it,
I was also a little concerned about the response.
