So, this sake I drank tonight is a gentle dry sake, not like that, though I thought it would be just barely hard and shochu-like since it is a shochu country.
It is easy to drink but not sweet, the type of sake that you can drink smoothly.
It's a screw bottle, but it's a heated bottle, and it's a regular sake. It's a good looking sake.
It is a delicious sake.
