The "Arahashiri" portion, which comes out at the beginning of the pressing process, is blended with the "Yomei" portion, which comes out at the end, and bottled in a light nigori state.
It has a gentle yet fruity ginjo aroma and a crisp mouthfeel with Miyamanishiki-like umami and astringency.
It is light and refreshing with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness.
Above all, the polar bear print is cute.
