ちゃいる
I bought this local Atami sake as a souvenir from a recent trip to Atami. It is said to be an easy-to-drink sake with many repeat customers.
It has a strong umami taste with a delicious rice flavor, but it is surprisingly light. (Not enough flavor?).
When I heated it up, it became as full-flavored as I had imagined.
