I heard it's called "Chisane".
I heard that the brewery caught fire, so I can't imagine it was someone else's problem.
The color "SANAIZURAI" is the color of the sake's image.
Local Yume-Ginko 60% polished rice
Freshness, acidity and astringency like a young apple that has not fully ripened
Citrus sweetness
Light-bodied, yet pleasantly deep with a sense of rice passing through the nose
Just right for salted fish for dinner.
I hope it will be rebuilt someday, and this sake makes me want to support it.
