This sake has more bite than fizz. The initial notes are on the sour side but it balances out quickly, in fact becoming a little too sweet. It would be nice in spring, but I didn’t feel like I could drink a lot of it. It might be best to work with the sweet taste and pair with fruit or even dessert.
On a side note, I’m curious. I often see sake from this brand but can’t find it in the app, and it’s not listed in the Koichi producers. Does anyone know why?

I think this is brewed by Tosa-shuzou(土佐酒造) of Kouchi pref.
