This sake is made by the female toji of Nada Kiku.
As the name suggests, it is a sparkling sparkling sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
We bought it in December and kept it until March. A project was adopted, so I opened it the other day as a celebratory sparkling: ‼️
It has a delicious light nigori taste and strength in the midst of the shwash. It's a very supple, feminine, strong saké!
Today is the third day and it is still schwirling.
I want to buy it again.
