For doburoku, it would be better if it had a little more sweetness and depth, but it may not be enough. It may not be enough. ShinkazuVery natural tasting and sweet doburoku. You can sense that it contains nothing unnecessary.
This natural and delicate taste is wonderful for a brewery that has only been in business for a short time. I'm really looking forward to their future sakes!
