I'm shocked it wasn't registered as a sake crocodile 😨😨.
It's a local sake from Tochigi city.
It's my first time to drink it 😅.
Almost no aroma
Sourness from umami
Then it finishes with bitterness from the acidity.
Light and dry sake
It will be delicious when heated.

The face on the label is the previous generation ❗️

I thought it was similar to the Souhyo I drank before 🤔.
