Yummmm! I'm not sure what to expect.
It has an elegant ginjo aroma and is soft on the palate.
After you think, "Oh, this is delicious," the umami and alcohol taste slowly come up to you from the throat.
It is a delicious sake with a deliciously dry taste.
I may have to buy another bottle.
